Greenwood-Leflore County Chamber of Commerce Golf Scramble

The Annual Greenwood-Leflore County Chamber of Commerce Golf Scramble will be held May 4, 2017 at the Greenwood Country Club. The format is a 4-man scramble. Registration includes cart and green fees, box lunch, complimentary beverages all afternoon, and a goody bag. Prizes for the Top 3 net and gross. This year's event will feature a Helicopter Ball Drop at 5:30 p.m. on the #9 fairway! A golf ball can be purchased for $10, and the numbered balls will be dropped from a helicopter provided by Bob Provine. The ball that lands closest to the hole will win HALF of the prize money raised! All proceeds go to benefit our YELL youth leadership program. Tickets to purchase the golf balls will be available for sale beginning March 30 at the Chamber! And, everyone is invited to come out on May 4 and watch the helicopter ball drop for a GREAT cause!
